> Led full 3-day execution across 25+ vendors, 28 sponsors, and 2,100+ attendees
> Managed 4 cross-functional teams: designers, producers, artists, and technicians
> Designed event layout and optimized visitor traffic flow for both engagement and vendor exposure
> Scheduled all programming and activities with minute-level accuracy
> Hired, trained, and deployed volunteers across all roles and shifts
> Oversaw vendor and sponsor onboarding, communication, and requirements management
