My First Canadian Work Family
Grateful for every moment with the wonderful team at Bergo Designs in the heart of the Distillery District. As a sales associate and merchandiser, I cherished every conversation, every window display, and the joy of helping people find pieces they loved. If I had to choose one unforgettable day, it would be Halloween night—handing out treats to mini ghouls, witches, and superheroes, and soaking in the festive magic.
This photo was taken on my last day there—but I’ll be back for sure next Halloween night. Love you all!

For a diverse, multi-layered audience of +30, I designed and directed a brand-aligned gamification event to memorably unveil a new product, fostering brand allegiance, particularly among sales leaders. Merging experience and interaction design, and coordinating with teams from Radisson Blu Hotel and the CNG event company group, I crafted an immersive brand narrative ensuring engagement across all participant tiers.

As the Founder, Game Director, and Managing Director, I Elevated the Escape Cube brand to rank among the top three of 200+ nationwide, I led Multi-Layer Experience Design, Interaction Design, and Game Directing. Additionally, I managed Branding, Marketing, CRM, and Strategic Financial Management, and steered multi-functional teams. This led to our growth across four branches with eight distinct rooms in prime locations.

As the Founder and Managing Director, I led the creation of a 1,200-square-meter entertainment hub, transforming an overlooked space into a lively destination with top-tier dining and diverse activities, drawing diverse customer segments. Prioritizing visitor experience, I drove branding, facility development, and activity orchestration, forging vital partnerships. Overseeing multiple teams of over 50 employees, I ensured smooth operations, nurtured stakeholder relations, and tackled financial and global challenges, elevating the complex's appeal.
