A Comprehensive Market Research of The Board Game Industry

As part of my board game design project, I conducted an extensive study using both primary and secondary research methods. This research included a survey with over 75 participants in Canada and over 20 hours of interviews with stakeholders such as game designers, authors, consumers, retail managers, game experts, and influencers. Through diverse data collection methods and rigorous analysis, I explored market trends, value, revenue, and segmentation by game type, region, sales channel, and user demographics. This study provided strategic insights into key industry developments, competitive landscape, consumer preferences, and challenges, essential for guiding future game design and market positioning.
